Use online resources to improve your health habits.

There are many helpful tools online that can help you assess whether you are using healthy eating habits.

It is amazing how our calorie intake can really stack up if we don't pay attention to it.

Be a healthy, active kid and enjoy a treat once in a while. Just make sure you are building healthy habits that will last you a lifetime.

Webmd.com's Food-o-Meter is one place to start. Also check out Calorieking.com.

No elementary kid should be thinking about dieting, just about being smart about what is going into his or her body food-wise.
